Debra A. Young

Debra earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University and her Juris Doctor from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. While at law school, Debra was raising her five school age children whom she actively engaged in her law school studies, whenever possible. Her oldest son followed her into the legal field by attending and later graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law just a few years later. Debra is passionate about protecting the rights of parties during the divorce process, particularly the rights of children, and helping parties navigate the divorce process as smoothly as possible. When not practicing law, Debra enjoys spending time with her family, cooking/baking, travelling, trying new restaurants and cuisines, reading, writing, crafting, podcasting and consuming podcasts and documentaries.
