Seth is a business litigation attorney whose practice focuses on commercial disputes and complex civil matters. He represents individuals and businesses across a wide range of civil litigation, with an emphasis on practical strategy, efficiency, and results.

Seth brings significant trial and advisory experience from his service as an active-duty Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps. He served in Okinawa, Japan, first as a staff judge advocate advising military commanders, and later as a military prosecutor litigating felony-level offenses in contested jury and bench trials.

Seth earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Health Policy from the University of Utah, where he was a member of the Swimming and Diving Team.

Seth is admitted to practice law in Utah.

Outside of his practice, Seth enjoys time with his family and Utah’s year-round outdoor recreation.
